Located in midtown Manhattan, the Royalton's makeover has been the hotel-talk of the year in New York. Roman and Williams created the public spaces, which feature steel and brass, offset with soft suede and leather sofas, leather-lined walls and hide-covered chairs. Interior designer Charlotte Macaux is behind the old-world-glamour of the rooms.
