It’s hard to believe Established & Sons is still in relative infancy given the hype it stirs year after year at Salone, which is every bit as big for its party as it is for its product launches. This year they’ve taken over La Pelota, a giant disused sports hall, to launch fifteen new products by a range of British (or British-based) big guns. Paul Cocksedge, Barber Osgerby and Alexander Taylor are among familiar names but it’s newcomers like Shay Alkalay and Sylvain Willenz who’ll likely take centre stage. Whilst there’s a current of understatement running through many of the products Sebastian Wrong’s Heidi stools are sure to brighten any breakfast bar.
