Galerie Dansk Møbelkunst
In 1992 Ole Høstbo founded Dansk Møbelkunst in Copenhagen. As one of the first Danish galleries to specialise in 20th Century Scandinavian furniture, Dansk Møbelkunst remains to be the leading authority in Danish historical design.
Focusing on pieces made between 1920 and 1970, with a particular emphasis on rare modernist furniture, the gallery has become well established amongst collectors and fans of the Scandinavian aesthetic. The gallerys success led to the opening of a second exhibition space in 2002 within Paris rive gauche gallery district in the 6th arrondissement.
Dansk Mobelkunst will be displaying a specialized exhibition at design Miami, including work by some of Scandinavias most important designers and architects such as Kaare Klint, Alvar Aalto and Arne Jacobsen.
