Located in Paris’ 13th arrondissement, fast becoming an artistic nucleus of the city, Didier Krzentowski’s galerie is itself becoming something of a hub for boundary-pushing artistic design.
Describing his project as a ‘laboratory space’, cutting edge creative experimentation is what’s on offer, by a range of established and ascendant contemporary stars: Hella Jongerius, Maarten van Severen, Julia Lohmann, Wieki Somers and the Bouroullec brothers, to name just a handful. Not simply a hunter gatherer though, Galerie Kreo also holds exclusive international rights to limited edition pieces by a host of names including marc Newson, Pierre Charpin and Jasper Morrison.
Krzentowski will be showing a selection of new pieces at Design Miami, including a spectacular coffee table by Pierre Charpin, produced this year and decked out in Bisazza mosaics.
