In 2007 Barry Friedman and Marc Benda founded a gallery that they hoped would act as a venue in which established and emerging designers and artists could push the boundaries of their mediums, and has since nurtured innovative design.
Not only does the gallery feature a program of rotating exhibitions of contemporary work by some of the world’s leading artists, architects and designers, it also specialises in post-war and contemporary cutting edge design.
Through it’s representation of works by world-renowned artists such as Ron Arad, Andrea Branzi, Forrest Myers and Ettore Sottsass, Friedman Benda gallery offers an eclectic collection of pioneering design where experimental material and form are paramount.
