John Galliano, Spring/Summer '09 (scroll down to read the review)
John Galliano
With an atmospheric set of a train depot John Galliano sent out a fine and refined collection that was flirty and full of charm under towering beefeater hats and candyfloss wigs.

He had a sporty way with tailoring, with drawstring pocketed curvy jackets and parkas over flirty silk shorts and swing skirts in bright fuchsia and cherry red. There were smudgy floral prints fashioned into off-the-shoulder balloon sleeve dresses and a line up of diaphanous empire-lined chiffon evening dresses in eau de Nil, midnight blue and palest pink jersey, which skimmed the body with drapes.
