It is very clear that Zac Posen was feeling jazzed about his fashion debut in the French capital. Indeed, there was hardly a Parisian trick of seduction that did not get air time in this collection that dealt exclusively with after-hours dressing. Lace - check. Sheer inserts - check. Diamond cross chiffon - check. Shaggy ostrich feathers - check. Long colorful plumes - check. All of the above on the same outfit? Super check. It was irrationally exuberant and full of major drama, which is just the sort of thing an impact-seeking woman is looking for after dark.
