Milan-based British designer Neil Barrett dresses modern day warriors. His collection was full of signature pieces, like laundered leathers and sharp suits in compact wool. Barrett likes to work the handle of the fabric before he cuts it and had washed not only Japanese suitings, but also sheepskin, to achieve the desired effect.

Barrett has been working the waistcoat for a few seasons now and this time added them both over the top of as well as underneath coats, often full of utility style pockets.

He also relaxed pant thighs whilst keeping the hems narrow, often tucking them into biker boots. The Tux has turned up on almost every runway this week, with designers trying to offer some novel alternatives, and Barret made his contribution by mixing them with woollen salopettes for what he called ‘Tuxedo Ski’.
