Grand hotels are one thing but this hotel is such an eyesore you half suspect the huge fire that swept through the property last year was the work of an outraged aesthete. Of course, the less said about the foyer – with its ring of scalloped columns encircling a Dale Chihuly fountain – the better. Time to check out, we think.
