Electric cars are slowly emerging as an economic force, although there are still too many concepts and not enough machinery actually available to buy. NICE - ‘No Internal Combustion Engine’ - showed their dinky Super Light Concept in the Electric Vehicle Village, an all-carbon fibre two-seater that’s designed to deliver sporting thrills in an ultra-compact package. Dominated by a pair of folding scissor doors, this diminutive vehicle awaits a sea-change in public opinion and legislative incentives before it becomes a viable alternative.
