Castagna Fiat 500 Woody
Carrozzeria Castagna have a penchant for turning production cars into half-timbered curiosities, with an added dose of practicality - their stretch MINI concept from a couple of years back anticipated BMW's own Clubman. For 2008, the Milanese studio has returned to the car with the creation of the marvellously named 'Woody Passion Kit', which allows enthusiasts to clad their stretched steeds with an aftermarket application of wooden trim. Castagna have also turned their attention to the new kid on the retro block, the Fiat 500, and their WoodyWagon not only swathes the city car in glossy slices of timber, but adds a little extra length to the compact bodyshell. Expect Fiat to do the same - only without the wood - before not too long.
