Raven Row, 56 Artillery Lane E1 7LS
Recently transformed into a gallery at the hands of 6a Architects, 56 Artillery Lane - or Raven Row as it is otherwise known - has a diverse history to say the least. Originally a Huguenot silk merchants built in the 1750s, the Grade I listed building was left to decay as a less than desirable housing project in the middle of last century. The building was returned to its former glory in 2008 however, with baroque panels sold to an American museum in the 1920s returned to the first floor.%A
Raven Row will be open on both Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th of September with tours available on both days between noon and 4pm.
