Diego Arraigada Arquitecto and Johnston Marklee: Casa View, Rosario, Argentina
Currently under construction, Casa View is designed by Diego Arraigada Arquitecto (Argentina) and Johnston Marklee (USA). The two-bedroom house is conceived as a monolithic concrete piece, sat on the Argentine plains. The continuous spatial sequence of the house spirals upwards, alternating sculpted shapes and deep windows to make use of natural airflows, and also playfully frame the surrounding landscape. Steps towards the structure’s top, lead onto a roof terrace with a 360-degree view.
