Local developer Trasacco Estates Development is out to target Ghana’s aspiring middle class and professional Ghanaians returning home with this complex. AHMM’s 30-storey apartment bock will be the tallest in the country when it’s built in 2012. The patchwork-like façade is inspired by Ghana’s traditional Kente fabric, say the London architects.
