If it comes off, this 1km-tall tower will be the world’s loftiest, dwarfing SOM’s Burj Dubai by some 200m. Woods Bagot, who are no strangers to the Middle East, have factored in 150 lifts servicing the 200 floors for this elongated rocket-shaped edifice.
