The Bank of America Tower, Manhattan, New York by Cook + Fox Architects and Gensler
The building at One Bryant Park won’t be completely done and dusted until late 2009, but tenants are already moving in. It’s a glass affair with unusually light and bright workspaces. The tower’s façade is made up of overlapping folds, which reflect the sunlight. In the dark, glowing bands illuminate the building’s V-shaped double wall.
