Three esteemed brands are proving the power of fusing great design with handmade craftsmanship and customisation. Danish eyewear brand Lindberg allows its sustainably sourced water buffalo horn and titanium frames to be entirely personalised – from the nose bridge to the earpieces – for maximum comfort. British stalwart Dunhill’s made-to-order crocodile belly ‘Brook’ briefcase, named after the Mayfair street, is handcrafted by leather artisans in its east London workshop. And Santoni’s ‘Kenneth’ mountain boot is similarly hand sewn – in this case, with soft nappa leather and lamb lining at its factory in Corridonia, Italy.
