Recently launched in Notting Hill, London, Negozio Classica is the newest source for those in search of a more esoteric edit of wines and spirits – our favourite of which is this rare Demerara rum. Whisky expert Ernesto Mainardi stumbled upon some barrels in the bowels of an Aberdeenshire grocery shop and quickly established the booty to be rum. Smooth, well seasoned and beautifully packaged, this rum is as perfect as its plumage suggests.
