DKNY JEANS' shiny new UK flagship store opened this month on London's New Bond Street, just up the road from DKNY's main Bond Street location. The vibrant, two-level space – decked out in metallic black, white and the brand's signature yellow – is conceptually inspired by New York's gallery district, like a pop-art project come to life in 4,400 sq ft.
In line with the aesthetic, the store will showcase the brand's New York-inspired, street style range, launched by the company in 1990. Think bold-coloured shirts, textured jackets, cool bags, and, of course, lots of jeans. A far cry from the store's previous role as the more sedate Bond Street Antique Centre.
