Located near the Arc de Triomphe, in an area made famous in the 18th century by the parties of banker Nicolas Beaujon, La Villa was once owned by art dealer Paul Durand-Ruel, who filled it with impressionist chefs-d'œuvre. Inspired by this heritage, Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier have given the house a chic, boudoir-like décor of carnation hues, banquettes and wood panelling. A grand piano sits near the cocktail bar, and in the winter garden a ceiling fresco by Cyprien Chabert pays tribute to the works by Renoir, Monet, Degas and Sisley that once hung on the walls. Chef Pierre-Thomas Clément, formerly of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, has created a classic French menu.
