As part of the Vauxhall Collective commission to capture the lost crafts of Britain, this RCA graduate builds ancient craft techniques (which he discovered while travelling the breadth of Britain in an Astra) into industrial design.

One result was a set of three beautifully crafted stoneware vases, with upper sections of cast iron, brass or bronze, echoing old-fashioned beer flagons. Another was an exploration of the lost tradition of boiling leather. Hasan made a set of vases using this slightly gruesome sounding technique and gave them a regal edge, gilding half of them with gold and silver.
