The images that inspired Bernie Reid's stencils
Edinburgh-based illustrator Reid did such a splendid job for us on last month’s Wallpaper* Contributors page that Creative Director Tony Chambers coaxed him back for more. For this issue, he applied his trademark stencil technique to our sports fashion story.
His repeated motifs look like ‘spray-painted wallpaper’, he says. ‘From a distance you don’t realise it’s not actually wallpaper.’
