Seven star luxury has come to the Red Sea coast in Egypt, courtesy of Sir Norman Foster. The ground-breaking new $1.5bn resort Serrenia will feature a 364-berth marina with a flying saucer-style yacht club, a 200-room hotel, as well as apartments, villas and palaces, helipads and a spa with an infinity pool. The élite should be able to move in by 2009.
