Devi Garh combines past, present, traditional and contemporary lifestyles all under a 17th Century Fort Palace roof. The palace was converted into an all suite hotel which first opened in 2000 and in October last year, had another seven suites added to the existing 23.
The seven new suites vary in layout and materials, but all encompass the feeling of space and layering within a historical royal setting. Many semi-precious stones have been used throughout the hotel, including red jasper, lapis lazuli, malachite, cornelian and mother of pearl which add to the unique vintage feel of the hotel. Painted silk panels, local marble work and brocade textiles also add to the design of the suite.
All the rooms have views that frame the Aravali mountains, and some also have private balconies and terraces from which this can be enjoyed fully.
