Ford's shiny new Airstream concept tries to tick every box in the fickle word of fashion, technology and design: mirror-finished bodywork; an integral lava lamp; hydrogen fuel cell; ceiling mounted display screen; and even on-the-road blogging.
Ostensibly a shiny way of showing off Ford's forthcoming HySeries Drive powertrain, which will ultimately underpin future models, the Airstream makes obvious allusions to the all-American on the road lifestyle (the Airstream company helped in the concept's development), with more than a hint of space-age, Marc Newson-esque style.
