Rio's most unusual beauty contest, the Garota da Laje, celebrates and crowns the queens of the favelas.

Here, on the rooftops of Vidigal, 2009 winner Adriana Leao shows us how she beat more than 100 cariocas to the title of Queen of the Breeze Block, with her blush-inducing samba moves.
