Following on from The Convenience Store’s in-hotel residence at St Martins Lane back in March, the latest tenant to fill the coveted front-room spot will be a pop-up bookstore from doyenne of the vintage book, Angela Hill.
From today for the next three months, the IDEA bookstore will be open for both hotel guests and enthusiasts alike to peruse Hill’s extensive selection of previously unseen books and magazines.

Peruse Angela Hill's collection of vintage books
Focused on the fields of design, art, fashion and photography, the selection of titles available range from £10 to £5,000.
With publications previously only found when rummaging through the shelves of Dover Street Market and Colette, the pop-up store will bring the books to a fresh audience in the centre of the city.
The works, sought out by the devoted Hill over the years, include photography from David Hamilton and Andreas Gursky, fashion from Avant Mode and Ritz and architecture by Archigram and Site.
