Showing at the Rochelle School’s A Foundation Gallery, the curatorial team at ‘If you could’ will this month unveil their fourth annual exhibition - and this time round, it’s all about collaboration.
Featuring collaborative projects from over 30 global partnerships - from almost every field - the organisers offered each creative couple the opportunity to create a one-off piece, free from commercial constraints.
Pulled together by Will Hudson and Alec Bec of online creative portal, It’s Nice That, the show challenged participants to question conventional methods and produce something unexpected - helped along with a liberal 12-month deadline.
With high-gloss, stylised photography from super-intricate draughtsman, Hellovon and photographer Timothy Saccenti; Costume, sculpture and shoes from image makers Ian Wright and Riitta Ikonen; and flag-inspired textiles from Karl Grandin and the Dutch fashion upstarts at And Beyond - the myriad work on show covers each and every creative base.
