Once a year in May, a sleepy 19th-century seaside town on the French Riviera morphs into fabulous-on-sea as photographers, stylists, art directors and key players in our creative community flock to the Villa Noailles, Robert Mallet-Steven’s modernist masterpiece overlooking the city.
