The culture of found photographs has undergone something of a revival, thanks largely to the Internet, where great treasure troves of discarded imagery are uploaded and pored over by enthusiasts, hoping to eke out hidden meanings, social histories and the just plain unusual from things they find lying around.
Photo Trouvée continues this tradition in print form, a collection of mostly disconcerting black and white images, the blurry portraits and end-of-reel shots that didn't make the grade, inviting you to create your own narrative to fill in the gaps.
