The Shore Club is one of Miami's most iconic South Beach properties and its redesign by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld has been highly anticipated. The design has been in development through the past year and HFZ Capital Group, the New York developer behind the high profile scheme, have finally released the project's very first renders, hinting at what's to come.
About a year ago, HFZ Capital Group appointed Weinfeld to completely transform the Shore Club's three acres of oceanfront property into a modern 100-room hotel and a set of residences including 75 high-end condominiums. Weinfeld will be designing both the architecture and interiors.
The fresh imagery was complemented by one more news piece; as of today, Weinfield is not the only Brazilian powerhouse involved in this project. The South American country's well known hospitality group Fasano has just been announced as the Shore Club hotel and residences' operator. This is a landmark moment for the brand, as this development will be the Brazilian chain's first ever outpost in the United States.
Fasano Hotel and Residences at Shore Club, as the scheme will now be known, is expected to open its doors in 2017.
