Southbrook Vineyards, Ontario, Canada, by Diamond & Schmitt Architects (scroll down for more) The Torontians scheme sits on a 150-acre estate outside the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Delights include a winery and a glass pavilion with a wine-tasting room. Its all behind a 200m-long, 3m-high feature wall, which runs parallel to the rows of vines outside. The idea is that its periwinkle-blue colour complements the green of the vernal vines and the white of the winter snow.
